The service provider exhibited great responsiveness by accommodating a short notice and being flexible with the schedule. Despite having to make two trips to obtain the necessary repair materials for a leaky shower, they were able to successfully remedy the issue. Jack exceeded our expectations with his exceptional service! He provided invaluable assistance in our project to connect a washer/dryer and utility sink to our Queens basement.
