Upon receiving my request for a quote to replace my water heater, Jason from Clarity Construction promptly responded online. Unlike other competitors who typically employed high-pressure sales tactics and refused to offer estimates without an onsite visit, Jason's approach was straightforward and efficient. Although his team was already booked out for a week, he personally attended to the urgent work. Despite encountering an issue with the water heater due to incorrect information that I provided, Jason had to pick up a different model and saw to it that I was not charged for the slight cost difference. I am pleased with Jason's exceptional service and plan to keep him on speed dial for my rental units' future plumbing needs.

During the project, Scott initiated contact, and I corresponded with both him and the CEO, Jason. Their team executed the job diligently, finishing the project within a day.
