I highly recommend Laura as a trainer! Two years after my back surgery, I was 20 pounds heavier and out of shape due to inactivity and concerns about aggravating my back. However, thanks to Laura's workouts and dietary guidance, I have lost 25 pounds and am in the best overall condition I have been in since I was much younger. Laura prioritizes overall conditioning, including strength, core, cardio, flexibility, and balance. She is also a great listener who understands my previous injuries and never pushes me to do anything harmful.
