The experience of working with Mel and his crew was delightful from beginning to end. We presented them with three highly customized projects, but as amateurs in the potential of concrete, it took us some time to decide on what would suit us best. Mel displayed utmost professionalism, and assisted us with great patience and support until we arrived at a satisfactory decision. The outcome was impressive, especially the three steps to our deck that were made of colored and textured concrete, as well as the two planters that were filled with colored concrete and fitted with mounted statuary. Dealing with Mel and his wife Ofa was a pleasure. They displayed a high level of responsiveness to all our inquiries, right from the very first contact all the way through payment. Mel provided invaluable guidance and transformed the shambles of cinder blocks left by the previous owner into a flawless concrete pathway and staircase leading from the front yard to the backyard, down a steep hillside. Thanks to a scheduling opening, they finished the job well before the anticipated timeline. I am already on the hunt for the next project to engage their services!
