We were disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of A2Z. After arranging and rearranging schedules to accommodate their appointments, we stayed home today to meet with them. The appointment was scheduled from 9-11:30 am, but nobody showed up by 9:05 am. We had to contact the company to inquire about the delay, and they replied that their representative would arrive at 9:45 am. However, we had another ongoing project with our fence, so we could not afford to stay at home for too long. We only stayed because we were given a workday appointment by A2Z, and we had five other remodeling projects with them. When their representative finally arrived, we greeted him and politely asked for a minute to talk with our fence contractor. While one of us was getting the keys to a space we wanted to remodel, our dog became very uneasy and started howling. We had to calm down our pet while answering the representative's questions. Suddenly, the representative left without saying a word, even though he could see that we were busy. When we called the company, they blamed us for keeping him waiting for ten minutes. We found their behavior very unprofessional. We were juggling multiple responsibilities, attending to our dog, and working on other projects. We never expected such rudeness from A2Z, but we have since decided to take our business elsewhere.

From the beginning, we had a desire for an outdoor kitchen, but no clue how to initiate the process. Fortunately, a friend suggested A2Z Remodeling, and things went exceptionally well after that.
