The tile work, painting, fixed doors, and other minor repairs performed in our apartment were of exceptional quality. The service provider was not only friendly and responsive but also returned to address an issue we overlooked during their first visit. It was an excellent experience, and we intend to engage their services again. Their paint team was particularly impressive, delivering fast and accurate results that were beyond belief. They are simply the best!

Due to my distraction and eagerness to find a contractor, I made the regrettable mistake of not requesting a price quote beforehand. I take full responsibility for this oversight. While the company was prompt in their response, I was shocked by the amount quoted for just a few hours of work. Despite the contractor's attempt to clarify the necessary supplies with the supplier, it seems that they did not fully comprehend that fixing the chipped ceramic tile countertops was not a feasible task. Ultimately, it was a lesson learned for both myself and the contractor, and I paid the price for my mistake. It appears that the contractor did their best, but I do not recommend the use of the Florim product for such repairs.

Not only were they proactive, engaging, timely, and trustworthy, but their work and customer satisfaction were a top priority. They were authentic, diligent, showed respect for time and privacy, given that I work remotely, leaving no mess, hassle, or spirit of urgency. In essence, a crew of skilled and professional workers who keenly execute tasks to perfection. Considering their exceptional performance, I am undoubtedly seeking their services to refurbish my second bathroom. My recommendation would be to schedule a project discussion with the owner, as they offer all essential services, i.e. plumbing, electricals, and tile works, alongside an assurance of a job well done.
