During her teenage years of dance training, Angela came upon Pilates. The philosophy of Pilates, which focused on balance, breath, and strength, helped enhance her dance by giving her more control and power. Though she tried various fitness trends over the years, she always found herself coming back to Pilates for its all-encompassing benefits for the mind and body. Angela eventually became a BASI-trained instructor herself, with the goal of helping others integrate these transformative Pilates practices into their everyday life.

Over a year ago, I began working with Angela on private pilates workouts, and I can confidently say that she is amazing. Whether you are looking to stay fit or address orthopedic concerns, I highly recommend pilates, and I cannot stress enough how crucial Angela is for private training. My reflection, my blue jeans, and my doctor all agree that Angela is a must-have. Angela is exceptional at keeping my body in exceptional shape, adapting every exercise and weight to fit my needs during each session. For almost a year, Angela has been taking private pilates lessons with me twice a week.
