Dear reader,As someone who works with individuals experiencing burnout in their professional or personal lives, I offer a 3-month online program that utilizes various mindfulness techniques to help you find joy once more.
Throughout the program, we'll work together every week to stay on track and ensure progress is made. In addition to mindfulness, I also offer separate stress management techniques.
One of the techniques I offer is sound therapy. Using powerful vibrations to create an immediate relaxed state, this technique can relieve stress and improve emotional well-being. It can also help you focus better in your professional and personal life. This non-invasive therapy only requires bowls to be placed on or around your body, and is for anyone seeking alternative healing methods.
Tailored to your individual needs, I will guide you through different meditations to deepen your practice. As a certified Vibrational Sound therapist, I have over 200 hours of experience working with clients.
