Ryan here. I've been a licensed glazier for two decades now, and have been working in the city for over a decade. My expertise lies in cutting, fitting, installing, and replacing glass in a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. I can work on exterior walls of buildings and other structures, as well as furniture and other products like mirrors and frameless glass showers. In addition, I have experience in replacing dual glazed glass, as well as working with Low-e, Argon insulation, laminated or tempered glass. My slider had a leak which came and went for some time. During the last big storm, my front casement window blew off its rusty hinge that had served for 60 years. Therefore, it was high time to fix them. After contacting numerous window/glass shops, all of them stated they could not repair it and instead suggested replacing the entire unit. Fortunately, Cota Glass was prompt in responding and keeping in touch. Ryan promptly came to examine the job site and scheduled the repairs for the next day before the imminent 10-day storm. He completed the task quickly, tidied up after himself, and payment via the mobile app was a breeze. Regrettably, I delayed repairing the windows for so long and would undoubtedly work with Ryan again if other outdated windows start leaking.
