After giving some guidance, the cleaning was satisfactory. However, the crew hurriedly went through my home multiple times and neglected certain areas. It was difficult to arrange for future cleaning sessions. Liz requested a reschedule a week prior and cancelled without any notice. Despite attempting to contact her via text and phone, I have not received a response regarding rescheduling.

She used to clean adequately, but struggled with managing her time, often arriving either too early or too late. However, she disappeared without explanation.

The owner was present throughout the move out cleaning and displayed great attentiveness, comprehending all instructions given. Despite charging an hourly rate for two people, the owner chose to spend more time ensuring perfection. The cleaning crew displayed impressive work ethic, completing the task remarkably. Additionally, they revisited the windows and showers to ensure all stains and soap scum were eradicated, which was a great added touch. In all, an outstanding job was delivered.
