This is the epitome of professionalism! We received several bids for this project and although MC was not the cheapest, they were the most skilled and put us at ease. They arrived promptly, wore clean masks and booties to avoid making a mess, thoroughly explained everything, provided us with a comprehensive packet of materials to examine, and left us feeling completely assured that they would perform an outstanding job. And they did indeed! The installation was promptly scheduled, the job was finished on time, and they even followed up to ensure that everything was functioning correctly. Leonard and Cesar were amazing. They are presently fixing our toilet seat, and in addition, they notified us of a faulty water pressure problem that could have become detrimental, and they will fix this as well. We express our gratitude to Leonard and Cesar.

Initially, I was assisted by Besmir Hyso who delivered an excellent service. The faucets were improperly assembled during construction, resulting in them being loose. However, Besmir rectified and mended all of them with great skill. He possesses an affable and captivating character. Previously, I have always engaged Mike Council for all my electrical and plumbing repairs, and I intend to continue doing that.
