Working with Eitan and his team lead is a joy. Their communication is excellent and timely, covering all aspects from start to end. The workers are consistently punctual and keep the work environment clean to minimize dust. However, when adding new ceilings and retexturing walls, small sand particles may still be present despite attempts to cover as much as possible. Furthermore, the original quote for labor and materials remained close to the agreed-upon amount despite several modifications to the original plan, which the team accommodated. With Eitan's help, I was able to pick out cabinets at the showroom and physically collect some appliances from local Home Depots and Lowes, which they couldn't deliver. He even used his contractor's discount to save me money on small materials. While Eitan's bid wasn't the lowest, I'm grateful that I didn't make my decision solely based on cost. Overall, I'm satisfied with the final outcome and would wholeheartedly recommend Eitan's Build The Bay team to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

Eitan recently undertook the renovation of our master bathroom, completely dismantling the old materials and creating a stunning, contemporary retreat! Eitan displayed professionalism and cordiality, which was crucial during the pandemic, and remained responsive to our constant requests for updates and additional modifications. We maintained frequent communication through a group text with my husband, and Eitan never failed to respond within a few minutes to our queries. My husband had a distinct and complicated shower preference, but Eitan fulfilled his requirement effortlessly. Despite some unexpected obstacles, Eitan was accommodating and prompt in promptly resolving any issues that arose, and he was sensitive to our unique requirements during the pandemic when I was carrying a high-risk pregnancy. Eitan's foreman Jesus was also incredibly diligent and flexible while working on the project since he respected our scheduling and needed accommodations. Also, when we added some smaller renovations to our kids' bathroom midway through the work, Eitan finished within the same timeline, which was impressive. We intend to collaborate with Eitan in the future because we have several more plans in mind, and since we are confident that we will be treated with the utmost care. Furthermore, we adore our new bathroom!

During the project, I met with four contractors and Build the Bay Inc. provided me with the most competitive bid. Eitan, the company's representative, was transparent and maintained effective communication with me in person, by phone, text, and email as appropriate. The team of professionals that he oversaw performed high-quality work. Although there were setbacks due to Covid-19 and subsequent material delivery delays from one supplier, Build the Bay Inc. met all the project deadlines and requirements. They successfully completed the installation of a new soaking tub, an expanded walk-in rain shower, tiling, vanity, sinks, LED lighting, as well as any necessary new plumbing and electrical. Additionally, vanity lights, mirrors, new drywall, and painting were installed as needed. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and final outcome of my remodeled master bathroom.

The scope of work included relocating the kitchen, breaking walls, changing flooring, combining bedrooms to create a new master bedroom, replacing ducting, and applying smooth wall texture and paint. After interviewing over 20 contractors, the client shortlisted five based on pricing and online reviews, ultimately choosing Build the Bay's Eitan due to his attention to detail, honesty, and work ethics. Despite some delays in material procurement on the client's end, Eitan and his team completed the project in three months as committed. The workmanship was exceptional, with Eitan's team being punctual, communicative, and sensitive to keeping the work area clean. They also demonstrated honesty in informing the client of certain quality imperfections and were accommodating of new ideas that came up throughout the project. Eitan's knowledge of materials and construction-related technicalities proved helpful in making decisions regarding the project. Ultimately, the client and their friends were very impressed with the outcome of the project and would not hesitate to work with Eitan and his team again in the future.

In December of 2020, we entered into a contract with Build the Bay. Although work did not commence until six months after the contract was signed, there was no increase in the cost of materials despite the spike in raw materials pricing. During installation of new windows, Eitan discovered a plumbing issue which resulted in a two week delay in the schedule. Throughout the construction process, Eitan offered helpful suggestions, even if they caused additional work for himself. Notably, he built us a dream kitchen. Living in the same house during construction made cleanliness a top priority, and Build the Bay proved to be diligent, trustworthy, and maintained a clean work environment. Regular updates from Eitan also helped to reduce stress during the construction process. We highly recommend Build the Bay for any future remodeling needs.
