Vincent was superb - he had a wonderful personality, was polite, and addressed all of our inquiries while resolving our air conditioning problems. He provided a quote and worked diligently to repair the AC, even going so far as to dismantle the AC coil to clean it until it shone like new. Once reassembled, he started the AC and tested several air ducts and temperatures. I am thrilled that my brother-in-law, John Prunty, recommended CrackerJack and Samico Services to me. The service provided was exceptional - I am extremely satisfied.

I had two other electricians attempt to upgrade my thermostat before, but both failed to do so. However, when I informed Vicente about my previous experiences through the app, he accepted the challenge readily. He was quick to respond to my queries and recommended a dependable thermostat brand based on his vast knowledge. He updated me on his arrival time and completed the job proficiently. Additionally, he cleaned up the tangled wiring left by the previous electricians. When I reached out to Damico Services to have my AC serviced, I was impressed by their attentiveness and professionalism. They promptly arrived the following day and diligently cleaned the condenser and evaporator cables, removed any dust, and even installed a UV light. I have utilized AC services previously, but Damico exemplified dedication by bolting down my outdoor unit. To top it off, they also took the extra effort of sweeping and ensuring my home was left spotless.
