This rental in SD is truly one of the best we've had, and we owe it all to our amazing manager, Bob Davis. We've been renting from him and his team for two years now, and he's been nothing but helpful in resolving issues like garbage disposal and plumbing problems. Bob's responsiveness to our needs has made us feel like we are his only tenants, even though we are aware that we are not. You won't be disappointed if you choose to rent from them, so please give them a try!

Prior to my relocation to Ocean Beach, I had not had the pleasure of working with Cal-Prop. In September 2019, I moved to the San Diego area where, before signing my lease, I was forewarned about the property management company. However, my experience has been quite the opposite. Mario has been my point of contact since the beginning and has been incredibly accommodating and responsive to all of our needs, particularly during the complex move from out of state. Despite his busy workload, he promptly addresses any repair issues and actively seeks to enhance the quality of the property. Mario consistently checks in after repairs to ensure everything has been executed accurately. As somebody who has previously dealt with Property Managers in Seattle, I can confidently say that Mario is one of the best I have ever worked with, and I am grateful to have him managing the property I lease.

Last month, I made the decision to move into an apartment that belonged to them. The property is peaceful and well-kept. The application process went smoothly without any issues, thanks to the friendly and professional staff led by Felix. The minor repairs that were necessary were dealt with promptly and efficiently, leaving me extremely satisfied with my experience.

It has been a year since I began living with the CalProp team. Throughout this time, Sandra has been my primary point of contact. Her professionalism and amiable nature were greatly appreciated, and I have absolutely no complaints regarding either her or the apartment. While there were a few unexpected issues upon our initial move-in, they were promptly resolved. From my experience, CalProp is a trustworthy and competent property management company - you needn't worry about any complications arising as their tenant.
