My name is Mitchell McCallister and my passion runs deep. It was ignited during my early years playing baseball, where I learned about the importance of goal-setting and facing adversity head-on. After tearing my ACL during my Sophomore year of college, my dreams of playing D1 baseball were shattered. However, this experience taught me about the value of perseverance and the ability to overcome obstacles.

Today, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their objectives. I possess an unwavering determination and a wealth of knowledge to assist individuals of all fitness levels. I am proud to work under the guidance of Nick Griffith at Elevate U Performance, an organization committed to empowering athletes and sedentary individuals alike. Utilizing the expertise of the renowned EXOS methodology, my team and I offer clients an unparalleled fitness experience.
