Here's what you can expect when working with me as a Virtual Interior Designer:

1. Virtual Consultation (free)
Since our work will be virtual, we'll hold the consultation online via video. This way, we can discuss your design goals and you can give me a virtual tour of your space. You can also showcase images that reflect your personal taste to help me understand your desired aesthetic.

2. Payment
I prefer to charge for a block of 10 hours in advance. As we move forward with the project, I will keep a detailed record of the time spent and will regularly update this list to keep you informed. When we approach the end of the 10-hour slot, I will inform you and discuss whether you prefer to continue at the same pace. This way, you can monitor your budget. My duties will involve various tasks such as creating a 3D model or rendering your space, sourcing furnishings, inspiration, custom art, meeting with contractors, phone and in-person meetings with you, and shopping. My payment methods include Venmo, Cash App, Zelle & Stripe (in case you want to use your credit card). I will provide an invoice for each payment.

3. Photos
To create the 3D model of your space, I will need the following:
(1) Clear photos of the rooms to design, along with their measurements (I will guide you through the measurement process).
(2) Clear photos of the furniture you intend to keep, along with their measurements.
(3) Official floor plan (if available).

4. Design work
When you decide to move forward, and after you sign the contract, provide me with the measurements, and make the payment for a 10-hour block, I will start creating your 3D model. Through this model, I will present my design ideas and plans. We will collaborate through Pinterest for imagery and Trello for project management, both apps you can easily install on your phone.
