At first, the project seemed promising as David provided a bid and successfully demoed the bathroom. He even coordinated a plumber to install the bathtub and adjust the shower plumbing. However, when it came time to tile the bathroom, David realized there wasn't enough tile and a delay occurred while waiting to acquire more. On June 4th, the project timeline was discussed and David assured that he would visit repeatedly over the next few weeks to complete the project by July. Unfortunately, he failed to show up despite confirming on multiple occasions including weekends. As a result, the client is now scrambling to find someone else to complete the job before an upcoming visit from their mom. Moreover, last week (June 24), David recommended that the client explore alternative options, but it would have been helpful to know this earlier. Overall, communication was not optimal, and the client has been left in a difficult situation.
