About
Ever since 2010, Tina has been engaging in yoga to alleviate the discomfort caused by dancing and an active lifestyle. What was initially an effective way of therapy gradually transformed into a voyage of self-exploration that prioritizes both mindfulness and keeping fit. Tina takes part in various workshops, conferences, and retreats, and has been given the opportunity to learn under a group of outstanding teachers, namely Nancy Gilgoff, Richard Freeman, Tim Miller, David Roche, Sharath Jois, and Brian Hogencamp. She believes in the principle of "99% Practice, 1% Theory" as well as the idea that "we should devote time and energy to practicing and implementing what we learn, read and hear in our everyday lives". Not only is she an expert in yoga, but she also works in the field of information technology, enjoys traveling, has a soft spot for Indian classical music (particularly the sitar and harmonium), and is filled with a boundless enthusiasm for life.
After years of mastering different yoga styles like Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Kirtan Meditation, she passionately shares her expertise with others, hoping to help them benefit from yoga as she has.
Yoga has been one of the most valuable treasures in her life, and she is committed to introducing it to everyone she has the privilege to teach.
Tina teaches that one's energy affects one's mind. Her classes combine flexibility, strength, and balance, supporting students in exploring their inner intuition and breath to direct the practice. Expect to receive verbal directions, pose demonstrations, and occasional hands-on adjustments, as well as guidelines for mental health awareness. Her goal is to help students develop a strong body, gain mental clarity, and seek inner harmony.

Without a doubt, Tina is an outstanding yoga teacher. I strongly endorse her teachings. She tailors her teaching to each person's rhythm and gives individual feedback. With her immense support and motivation, I have observed a significant enhancement in my physical fitness and psychological wellness every time I attend her yoga sessions.

I had a great experience in Tina's class. Being an intermediate-advanced yoga student and an experienced instructor myself, I tend to focus more on the teaching style of my instructors. Tina's approach was transcendental and graceful, leading me through her gentle vocals and mindful breaths. It was as though we were soaring through another realm. I am excited to compare notes with her again in the future!

My daughter was treated with utmost kindness by Tina. Tina assisted in introducing her to Yoga by teaching her beginner poses and breathing techniques. The first session was well received by my daughter and she is now enthusiastically anticipating her next class.

Tina's passion for the practice of Yoga is authentic and she is exceptional when it comes to imparting it to others. During our Nature Retreats, she conducted several Yoga sessions, and everyone relished the experience under her guidance. Her focus is to apply all components of the Ancient Yoga System to collaboratively facilitate the wellness of the body, mind, and soul.
