Street has been incredible and this marks the second time I've utilized his services. He arrived promptly on a Sunday to repair an outdated AC unit and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. After my A/C unit had ceased functioning, I reached out to Street Heating and A/C along with a couple of other repair services on May 18th, 2022. Despite the discrepancy in inspection fees posted on the websites of the other businesses, Street promptly replied to my inquiry and offered to assess my unit at the listed price. Upon his visit, I found him to be extremely professional and capable. However, as my unit was approaching its 17th year of use, I knew that it was on the verge of retirement. After fixing the initial hiccups, the unit stopped cooling and I promptly reported the issue to Street. In less than an hour, he responded and revisited my home on the same day. He candidly informed me of a leak, the associated risks, and the estimated cost of repair. Although my unit is now functioning suitably, I am aware of the need for replacement in the near future.
