I collaborated with Jacob on two assignments regarding the renovation of a rental residential property. The first assignment involved installing a Mini Split AC unit in the garage area, which is being transformed into a bedroom, alongside some electrical work. Unfortunately, there were some equipment delays, but Jacob was patient and accommodated my schedule. He did an excellent job installing the unit, setting up new wiring, circuits, disconnect box, and connecting the split unit, resulting in a flawless and professional look. Furthermore, I had some wiring problems in the kitchen and living area, where circuits were malfunctioning due to incorrect wiring. Initially, Jacob's quotation reflected a simple job, but it was more complicated than expected. We reached an agreement on a fair additional fee, and Jacob continued with the job diligently until its completion. Overall, Jacob was easy to work with, completed both projects professionally, and was reasonably priced. I would recommend him for all your home projects and electrical needs.
