Around ten days ago, I spotted water gathering near my front porch. After consulting with my roommate, he verified it was from an unidentified location, prompting me to search for a specialist to take a look.
The initial offer from one contractor came to $7,000 (which was brought down to $7,600 prior to any discount). However, Daniel, who arrived to inspect my front yard, disagreed with the rate, thinking it to be abnormally expensive. He communicated with his manager, who then provided a much lower cost of $4,300.
Thanks to a co-signer, I obtained financing, and within a few days, Daniel was present at my residence, efficiently preparing the area for the next day. It was indeed a major undertaking, as seen in the images, but the group placed the pipe inside a sleeve. In case of any potential issues, they could remove the tube and substitute it without having to dig anew.
Currently, everything is performing well. Nonetheless, as my insurance and warranty provider advised, only the house and not the front yard is covered. Therefore, I would suggest getting distinct insurance policies for your water pipes. Overall, these people did a wonderful job and finished it quickly.

Custom Plumbing did an excellent job for us. Ricardo provided a clear explanation of the required task and charged us a reasonable price. We are contemplating having an additional bidet seat in our second bathroom and would undoubtedly employ Custom Plumbing for the job.
