Ahmad provided exceptional assistance in diagnosing my toilet problems. He went above and beyond by procuring the necessary materials, offering suggestions for future projects, and installing the new toilet in just 90 minutes. To my surprise, he even repaired the caulking in my shower and replaced a toilet seat in another bathroom. Without a doubt, this was the best experience I've had using CrackerJack. However, I did have one concern regarding the CrackerJack app. I discovered that every time a contractor is asked for a quote, regardless of whether they are selected or not, CrackerJack charges them $35. This practice is unfair to independent contractors, who may incur expenses with no guarantee of work. While I can understand charging a fee once a contractor is selected, I do not support this current approach. Despite my reservations about the app, I want to emphasize that Ahmad did an outstanding job. I'm excited to work with him again on future projects, but I will not use CrackerJack to establish this connection. Thank you Ahmad for a job well done!
