My massage technique is unique, not commonly found in the market. It combines various types of massages coupled with stretches that are tailored to your needs and preferred level of intensity.Whether you want a deep tissue massage or a more gentle Swedish massage, I can provide it, complete with Thai stretches or a hot stone treatment. With the added touch of essential oils, you will feel rejuvenated and free!
If you're interested in athletic training, please see my yoga and swimming profiles. You can experience military-style training without enlisting! However, beware of my tough-love approach as I can be a demanding instructor!
One of the things I love about teaching is seeing my students make progress while having a good laugh. I relish the opportunity to provide relief to those with busy, stressful lives and restore their natural circulation and overall wellness.
