Attic Elite was the company we entrusted to redo our attic insulation and install additional insulation beneath the first floor. The team was cordial, prompt, and tidy in their work. The service was exceptional and the cost was very competitive.

I had a squirrel invader in my attic. AtticElite was called to investigate and after a quick survey, they formulated a strategy within 10 minutes. A few days later, they carried out the necessary work to rodent-proof my attic. Despite the squirrel's repeated attempts to regain entry, the rodent-proofing measures have proved successful in keeping it out.

If you're not present to oversee the work quality and don't mind being rushed, then you'll get satisfactory work for the price. But don't expect smooth communication or payment processes. The boss doesn't personally supervise the finished product and insists on immediate payment regardless of whether you've inspected the work or not. The insulation was well-done, but the foam air sealing required the boss's attention. The company was, however, helpful in finding someone to install the attic ladder and in picking up materials from Home Depot. If it weren't for the difficulties dealing with the boss, this would be a five-star rating. I've included pictures of the pre-work condition to show that the team did a great job, but needed to be given guidance and understanding.
