Their expertise in general contracting, project management, and private investigation enables us to offer a diverse set of skills and a personalized approach to each of our clients. We highly value communication and are always available to respond to your emails and phone calls.
Our property management services include Property Marketing (advertisement), Tenant Screening (assessment of financial and background information), Rent Collection, Property Inspections, and Maintenance (coordination of repairs). We use cutting-edge Property Management software that streamlines the rental experience for owners (financial reporting and payments, etc.) and tenants (rent payments and maintenance requests).
