Following heavy rainfall, we noticed a water stain on the ceiling of our bedroom. Promptly, we logged onto CrackerJack and were fortunate enough to receive a response within 20 minutes from Thomas with Roof Tech. Thomas scheduled a free estimate appointment for the following day, during which he took pictures of our roof and discovered seven damaged tiles as well as some deteriorating underlay that required replacement. Despite the rain hindering our initial appointment rescheduling several times, Thomas was exceedingly helpful and drove a considerable distance to temporarily replace the tiles and secure a tarp over the underlay. We arranged to meet again in three days, weather permitting, and thankfully, the rain subsided. Thomas and his team returned to our home, replaced the temporary tiles, and installed new underlay, leaving us feeling incredibly relieved by their kind, honest, professional, and respectful service. Furthermore, their pricing was within our budget, providing us with much-needed peace of mind that our roof would successfully keep the rain out of our bedroom for years to come.
