Dedication, experience, and passion are the three words that best describe Mr. Boasberg. Originally from New Orleans, LA, he moved to Texas to attend the University of Texas in Austin, where he earned undergraduate degrees in Government and Business. Later, he went on to attend South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX, where he worked as a law clerk at Gallagher, Lewis, Downey, and Kim. Here, he gained invaluable skills in legal and appellate research and writing and trial preparation, ultimately resulting in him working one of the largest legal settlements recorded in the United States' jurisprudence history.

He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2002 and began his career at Heard, Robins, Cloud, Lubel, and Greenwood LLP in Houston. Shortly thereafter, he moved back to Austin, TX to work as General Counsel to the Honourable Senator Mario Gallegos in the Texas Senate. Later, he worked for Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, where he tackled various political and legal issues related to transportation and eminent domain, and also served as the Legislative Liaison between the Texas Attorney General-Transportation Division and the Texas Legislature.

In 2010, Mr. Boasberg rejoined private practice and opened his own law firm in Austin, TX, with a satellite office in Houston, TX. Throughout his career, he has handled virtually every type of civil case and has earned notable recognition for his achievements. He is an active member of the Texas State Bar, Austin Bar Association, and the Capitol Area Trial Lawyers Association, and was selected to Texas Monthly’s list “Rising Stars” for 2012, 2014-2016. With his dedication to advocacy and his ability to deliver outstanding results, Mr. Boasberg has established himself as a trustworthy advocate for his clients and a provider of high-quality legal services.
