Chef Joe already wowed us with one meal. We requested a simple sandwich and salad bar, but he went above and beyond with Italian subs featuring a delectable ricotta-based spread, roast beef and arugula sandwiches on poppyseed buns, and a scrumptious barley and brown rice salad with pecans. As a grand finale, Joe surprised us with strawberry white chocolate chip cookies. Everyone was impressed, and we can't wait to see what Joe has in store for us next.
