Marcus and his team are exceptional! When I noticed a damp rug in the basement, I contacted four contractors to evaluate the issue. Three simply reviewed the basement and proposed some solutions, but Marcus conducted a more thorough assessment, which involved spraying the exterior of the house to pinpoint the source of the water intrusion. Consequently, he identified the most effective response, which was to install a drainage system outside rather than as previously suggested by him and other contractors, inside the house. Based on his diagnosis, Marcus devised a well-planned, detailed approach. He was excellent at communicating the required work and fielding all of my questions. Marcus' impressive technical expertise and problem-solving abilities are surpassed only by his dedication to assisting customers. It was a challenging project as the house is built on a rock ledge, and the crew encountered numerous rocks and tree roots, while hauling equipment, materials, and debris up and down the hill. Nevertheless, they accepted the strenuous labor without hesitation, even working until late at night to complete two dry wells before the rain anticipated for the next day. The foundation was also parged coated to fix multiple cracks and holes. The whole task was executed expertly, with careful attention to detail.
