Working with EPS was a wonderful experience! They promptly responded to my request for a mold remediation estimate and visited the damaged wall the same day. Brett and Kannon jumped into action and began demolition and mold removal the following day. Brett kept in constant contact during the short wait for drywall and texture crews to arrive. The entire project was arranged and completed in less than a week! They even provided a fantastic painter to help me with wallpaper removal and room painting. Brett and his team exhibited professionalism, excellent pricing, and I anticipate working with them on many future projects. Thank you to Brett, Steve, Kannon, and the EPS team! Previously, I had a rental property with slight mold and an unpleasant odor. I refused to rent until the problem was entirely resolved. I collaborated with three remediators to address the issue, but the job was not finished after seven weeks. However, Steve from EPS Lakeland, LLC rigorously tested and completed the job, along with clearance testing, in just two days. Additionally, he recommended Sleuth Inc. to assess the shower pan, which unfortunately required replacement. Since Steve's work, I have entered the unit multiple times without experiencing any allergic reactions, putting my mind at ease regarding mold.
