I work within the Tamarac, Coral Springs, and Parkland area, and my address is 7166 N. University Dr. Tamarac Fl 33321. Please only contact me if you are willing to travel to my location. However, I am willing to travel up to six miles to provide therapy or training.

My name is James, and I am a physical therapist and personal trainer who helps individuals and small groups achieve their fitness goals. I have a diverse client base, including people at all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. I specialize in designing personalized workout regimens and providing specialized training for upcoming events.

I have experience working with special needs and injured clients, and I strive to create workout plans that cater to each client's unique needs. I help my clients set SMART goals and provide tailored nutrition plans to help them reach their desired physical performance.

What sets me apart is my approach to fitness. I believe that fitness should be fun, and I strive to make my passion for health and well-being infectious. I listen carefully to my clients' needs and ideas to create personalized workout programs that are effective and enjoyable.

The University Fitness facility is located at 7166 N. University Dr., Tamarac, FL 33321, but I also provide in-home training when necessary. Seeing the positive impact that fitness has on my client's lives brings me immense joy, and I am committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals no matter what it takes.

For the past few months, I have been collaborating with James. In this time, I have managed to shed 6 pounds and lower my body fat percentage from 29% to 22.5%. James' strength training expertise and guidance have been exceptional. He consistently provides positive encouragement and displays extensive knowledge in his profession. Even when faced with challenges, he persists in keeping me focused. James has assisted me in making the correct dietary decisions and positively drives me during our training sessions. Since working with James, I have learned to embrace early morning workouts, which I eagerly anticipate each session.

James is absolutely amazing. His approach to practice and training has kept me motivated throughout. Each routine lasts about 45 minutes and is tailored specifically for the exercises we are doing that day, whether it be chest, arms, legs, shoulders, or abs. James is incredibly knowledgeable about our physical capabilities and plans and executes our training accordingly. His positivity is infectious. Thank you, James!

Throughout the years, I've undergone training with half a dozen different trainers, all with the hope that one would be able to help me achieve my fitness goals while keeping my injury in mind. However, none of them did the job adequately. Regardless of how much effort I put into researching or how explicitly I communicated my constraints to them, I invariably wound up injured and seeking medical treatment. That being said, I cannot express how delighted I am to have found James. With his physical therapy background, he has succeeded in getting me to exercise with minimal discomfort, and has also taken the time to explain and improve my understanding of my injury. Additionally, unlike past trainers, James is the first to concentrate on my nutritional needs, with a keen interest in not just asking about what I eat, but also scrutinizing the numbers and amending them as required. His love for his job is evident in every session, setting him apart from the majority of trainers I've encountered in the past.
