Kmj Construction and Justin did an excellent job laying vinyl floors in our basement, despite the challenges of working in a 124 year-old house. We are revamping the bathroom and adding a laundry room, and the new floors are exactly what we desired. We are thrilled with the result, and would like to express our gratitude for their hard work and dedication.

They were highly skilled and exhibited great professionalism. When I contacted them, they promptly provided me with a quote. I was gratified by the alternatives they suggested for my project and the extent of the work they proposed. The outcome of their services exceeded my expectations. I would gladly suggest them to my acquaintances. Currently, I have also requested their assessment for upcoming work in the spring. It was an enjoyable experience doing business with them.

Their communication about the job requirements was clear and concise. Their response time was speedy. I wholeheartedly endorse them to anyone seeking similar services.

The issue in this business is communication, which can be incredibly frustrating. It's difficult to determine when work will be completed, especially when there are missed appointments due to sick children or no-shows. In addition, there was a situation where the worker was presumed to have arrived, but we never received confirmation. It took more than a month to complete 20 hours of work. When we attempted to discuss our concerns about the situation, there was animosity displayed toward us. Overall, I cannot recommend this service based on the unprofessional behavior.

After receiving and considering three bids, I chose KMJ to construct a roof/awning for my front entryway. Justin, the owner, was friendly and provided helpful guidance in selecting a design. As a family man who worked hard to establish his business, he offered me a fair price as a veteran. I signed the contract on Friday and materials were delivered on Monday. Jeff, a skilled and attentive carpenter, began work the following day and completed the project by Thursday. Jeff was receptive to my suggestions and worked diligently to ensure my satisfaction.
