Additionally, they completed numerous repairs such as new plasterwork and resolving roof issues. As a resident of Miami Beach, I was impressed with his ability to handle all necessary permitting with efficiency. Even if mistakes were made by subcontractors, Alvarez took the initiative to correct them.
