We scheduled an appointment, but he was one hour late, and did not inform me of this beforehand. Communication was a challenge as he did not speak English fluently. He informed me that there would be additional work that needed to be done, and subsequently charged me a higher price, despite my prior notification of the required cutting of the counter. He called a friend for instructions on how to proceed, making me uneasy. When he attempted to install dimming light switches, he shocked himself and could not proceed due to the absence of the correct switches and the reluctance to turn off the power. He left the switches uninstalled and asked me to determine how much he should be paid for his services. While his nature was congenial, my patience and time were tested, and I would not engage his services again.
