I have been mastering the guitar for 36 years with proficiency in various music genres such as Rock, Metal, and Acoustic, and I have also experienced pit orchestra work. Since 2007, I am imparting my expertise as a teacher at Accent Music. My top priority is to ensure that my students excel in playing and comprehending guitar skills. Jason is an incredible guitar teacher according to my daughter who has been taking lessons with him for several years. He expertly blends humor, flexibility, and spontaneity to maintain interest and inspiration in his students. It's difficult to picture my daughter learning from anyone else, as Jason is extremely skilled and genuinely passionate about teaching.

Jason has been teaching guitar to my son, Eric, for the past four years. Eric is now 11 years old and has had a great time during his lessons since Jason customizes the lessons to suit him, from discussing personal topics to picking the music. Eric is typically reticent and doesn't share much about his school day, but he is very talkative after his guitar lessons, telling me about the conversations he had with Jason and everything he learned. Anyone interested in guitar lessons would benefit from working with Jason.

At 59 years old, I crossed paths with Jason, who immediately put me at ease. It didn't take long for me to discern his proficiency in guitar, both in practice and theory. He even taught a music student with autism, and discussed the unique musical strengths that the little girl possessed. Overall, I found Jason Martz to be an excellent instructor with vast knowledge in both guitar playing and theory. I have since recommended Jason to several friends, and would not hesitate to do so again.
