The experience was superb...Given the brief summers in the NW, replacing a roof demands great accuracy...It was hard to believe that everything was accomplished within the given time frame, budget, and included cleanup. The responsiveness was exceptional, even during a holiday weekend.

After learning that another roofing specialist was needed, Bob generously offered to add the downspouts for free and delegated his top employee to handle it, saving me precious time. If they continue to attentively listen to their clientele and improve their communication, I believe they deserve 4 stars.
Two workers, Toto and Wilson, attended to my two flat roofs. Toto's work was impressive overall, though I do wish that they had placed the sharp metal parts on the proper roof to avoid destruction. Unfortunately, Wilson's contributions fell short. He suggested adding downspouts after the project's completion, replaced only half of the allotted repair area, and neglected to communicate the covering of the existing downspouts, leading to an ineffective PVC hole. Though they may have done their best, if they don't take steps to improve in the future, there are surely other companies who can deliver superior service.
