There is a need for better communication. I had to continuously follow up with them to receive status updates and implement changes. Despite notifying them of necessary amendments to the plans, their slow response time led me to work with another individual to update them. Although I eventually received the final plans, they did not include the energy plans. I contacted them again and they promised to investigate the matter, but I have yet to receive any further information regarding my energy plans.

The reputable architect following them charged $1,000 more. My plans were initiated on Day 1 and completed within 5 days by them, which is truly impressive. It was an extraordinary experience.

Despite receiving the plans in a timely and professional manner, there has been a significant delay in receiving the complete package for several weeks. Despite my frequent communication with them, the final piece of the puzzle has yet to arrive, causing me to lose track of my timeline and spend well over $1000 in additional expenses. While Marc himself is friendly and skilled, unfortunately, this inability to deliver can be traced back to the shortcomings of the team with whom he works.
