I'm Jason Traister, the proud owner of Traphouse Training. With over 20 years of experience behind the bar, my fitness journey has taken me far and wide. I have achieved the incredible feat of holding an IPF world record in deadlift, completed a full marathon, engaged in CrossFit, and explored many other forms of fitness as well.

If you are looking to get stronger or improve your overall fitness, I am more than capable of assisting you. If your favorite pair of jeans isn't fitting like it used to or you struggle to find a workout routine that appeals to you, reach out to me for help. I have been a part of the Traphouse community for a year now and it has been an incredible experience. The training is far from generic as Traister takes the time to understand each athlete's strengths, weaknesses and goals in order to develop a tailored program. The programming is not one-size-fits-all, and he maintains a positive attitude, is approachable and easily reachable. Working with Traister has made working out a natural part of my routine and in the past year, my strength has improved immensely! I have been actively involved in fitness for over seven years and at five sessions per week and two hour-long sessions daily, personal records were few and far in between. However, in the past year, my strength has improved phenomenally—I even managed to attain a 15-pound personal record on my backsquat! Any avid gym-goer would understand the magnitude of this achievement. In conclusion, if you are looking for a top-notch training program, I highly recommend the Traphouse. It's a 5-star experience that you won't regret!
