Within 5 minutes of my emergency request, Chris came to my rescue and resolved the issue (replacing the battery of a smoke detector at a high ceiling) in just 40 minutes on a Sunday night! Prior to his arrival, he called to provide an approximated arrival time, and after the repair, he even sent me pictures explaining the root cause of the problem (a low-quality battery).
