Gloria's Remodeling

The deep cleaning of my parent's house was fantastically executed by Gloria, who showed keen attention to detail resulting in a sparkling clean home. Although caught in traffic due to a snowstorm, she displayed excellent communication skills by promptly notifying us. This was highly appreciated.

The house was spotless thanks to Gloria's incredible job. I had been particularly concerned about the baseboards and window seals, but she paid meticulous attention to every detail and left them sparkling clean. I am eagerly looking forward to hiring her again!

I'm under a lot of stress since the previous cleaner I hired didn't show up. Despite giving them enough notice, they cancelled 4 days before the scheduled deep clean of my 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2500-square-foot home. Luckily, I found 4 cleaner bids on CrackerJack, but the cheapest one wasn't reliable. I eventually picked Gloria, whose price was slightly high but had an admirable 5-star rating. Coincidentally, my tenants needed extra time to move out, which alarmed me since new tenants were arriving the next day. Although Gloria arrived on time, the delay meant the deadline was extremely tight. Worried sick, Gloria saved the day by returning later with her husband, and they both did an outstanding job. Gloria even took the time to reassure me when I was feeling overwhelmed. Her pledge to return when she said she would meant a lot, and both her and her husband's attention to detail was impressive. Although I regret not taking pictures, I am grateful for all 22 doors of business earned in the future. Thank you, Gloria!
