As a chef, my passion lies in crafting vibrant, delectable, and wholesome meals using only the finest local and seasonal ingredients available. With over 13 years of experience in Michelin star restaurants and luxury hotels, I am a consummate professional, having studied Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Pamukkale University and earned a Master's degree in Gastronomy from Canakkale University in Turkey.

Drawing inspiration from Californian cuisine and combining authentic Mediterranean and Asian elements, I prepare each dish with only the best, fresh, organic, and locally obtained produce from farmer's markets of the Bay Area using seasonal harvest.

My menu is inspired by the rich bounty of our local farmers and my small garden, and I strive to create an unforgettable dining experience that will leave guests feeling nourished and delighted. My team and I are not only knowledgeable and professional, but we also infuse our services with soul and accommodation, making every customer feel welcome and valued.

For me, cooking ranks as more than just a profession. It is my passion and lifestyle, something that fills me with immense joy, especially when I can cook for others. I was taught to cook by my mom and grandma on our farm using traditional cooking techniques and fresh ingredients.

My role model in the kitchen will always be my grandma. I also had the honor of working with culinary greats like Thomas Keller, Daniel Humm, and Quique Dacosta, who left significant impacts on my career.

My secret to cooking is a combination of quality ingredients, proper techniques, a sharp knife, and most importantly, love. My food embodies the essence of this love and the joy that goes into creating it.
