Working with them was a pleasant experience. We successfully installed a new deadbolt system, along with a smart lock. The individual was delightful and cooperative throughout the process.

His work was something he was very knowledgeable about, and he was also very nice.

An appointment was made but the individual did not show up. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I sent a text message to inquire about their whereabouts only to be informed that they couldn't make it. We rescheduled for the following day and I texted again after the appointment time had passed only to be told, after enquiring about a possible delay, that they couldn't make it once again. This happened two days in a row. They promised to come the next morning but never followed through, so I ended up installing the item myself. Running a business in this non-professional and incompetent manner is unacceptable.

Stephen was an exceedingly amiable individual who went above and beyond the call of duty to accomplish the task at hand. We wholeheartedly admire and value his diligent endeavors.

The contractor promptly responded to the request and executed a high-quality job within the specified timeframe, despite the slight increase in the scope of work.
