Working with Acuna Remodeling was a delightful experience. As first-time clients, we were unsure of what to expect from a contractor, but Manny and his team exceeded our expectations. They professionally and effortlessly handled all the items on our to-do list, including unforeseen projects that we hadn't even considered. In fact, we were so impressed with their work that we have already referred them to friends!

Although Jose is a pleasant person, I had reservations about writing this review regarding the bathroom renovation he conducted for us in April 2022. Unfortunately, the work that was done was substandard. The paint job was not up to professional standards, with noticeable uneven lines due to no taping being used. Paint residue was left on the new vanity and the ceiling light, indicating a general lack of attention to detail. Moreover, the walls were not primed before painting, with a resultant absorption of the paint into the drywalls. This necessitated repainting the entire bathroom. In addition, there was a sticky brown substance on the sides of the toilet, requiring our manual cleaning. Drywall dust was present all over the window sills and corners, since no efforts were taken to seal off the bathroom. Cleaning up the entire area proved to be a major hassle. Furthermore, the tub sealant and faucet had cracks that needed fixing in the first month, because silicone was not used. The seams have since opened, and the glue on the shower walls is no longer adhesive. The bathroom door, which was replaced, did not fit properly and had to undergo sanding and longer screws. The side of the vanity, where there was a gap, was left looking unsightly instead of being smoothed out. The ceiling, which revealed the tape lines used in painting, is set to require future repairs. The sealant at the sink now shows signs of cracking. The floor, which remains uneven, feels spongy due to shortcomings in replacing the entire sub-floor. A piece of the new flooring continuously moves, creating a gap. Flooring around the door trim wasn't precisely cut to fit. Instead, a straight line was cut, revealing the underlayment of the flooring. Meanwhile, glue had been visibly used to keep the flooring seams together. The lighting and mirror were exceptional, and the vent under the sink generates heat. Nevertheless, the overall quality of work means that our bathroom will have to be renovated again in the future. This experience wasn't one of the best on CrackerJack.

Manny exhibited remarkable professionalism and impressive responsiveness. Our vision was conveyed to him and based on the photos, he executed a phenomenal job. Manny even accommodated our preferred payment plan which was greatly appreciated. In just three weeks, he and his wife completed a stunning renovation. Moving forward, we will solely rely on Manny for all of our future home endeavors.

Manny's expertise and exceptional craftsmanship are unmatched. Despite my extensive familiarity, I sought assistance with replacing three load-bearing wall beams. I am extremely content with the outcome and will not hesitate to enlist his services again if required.

Upon inquiry for a quote to finalize our master bed/bathroom remodel, this company promptly responded and scheduled a same-day consultation. The quote provided was reasonable and work commenced the following day. We were exceptionally pleased with their services and intend to hire them for our forthcoming projects. Their extensive scope of work included wall/ceiling painting, vanity assembly, fixture installation, floor saddle & shoe moulding installation, and more. They demonstrated a gracious and attentive demeanor and accomplished the job in under a week. Although our room is not yet entirely finished due to furniture and pending orders, we have included some photos of the work they have already completed.
