I contacted Alan for help with an appliance repair job. He promptly responded and assessed the issue on the same day and managed to fix it within a couple of days. Alan remained communicative throughout the process, keeping me informed on what to expect. He provided excellent work at a fair price. Immediately following our initial contact, Allan responded promptly and we were able to arrange a time that worked well for the both of us. He arrived on time, dressed appropriately, and had a friendly demeanor, as well as displaying a great deal of knowledge and proficiency. Allan completed the repair of my microwave with great efficiency and thoroughness, taking the time to inspect it thoroughly for any additional issues. I found his price to be quite reasonable, especially compared to other options I had considered, such as SEARS.

I looked for an electrician but was uncertain about what kind of assistance I required. Allan was helpful and assured me that he would be available on Sunday, despite it being a holiday. Unlike others who wanted more than $200 for a service fee call, he offered a reasonable price. Thankfully, the problem was minor, but he was ready for more complex issues. Allan's communication was quick, and he even phoned me before arriving at my house. I appreciated his explanation of the problem and how he fixed it. For any future repairs, Allan will be my first choice.
