Jairo displayed remarkable patience and professionalism throughout the entire bathroom renovation process. Initially, I requested that the shower floor be changed due to the bumpy pebble tile that made it difficult to stand. Jairo quickly provided a quote and we scheduled the job. However, I later realized that the shampoo niche would not match and informed Jairo of the change, understanding that the quote would also change. Later, I noticed that the pebble rocks used as a backsplash on the vanity were also not to my liking, but Jairo was accommodating and appreciated the heads up. When installation day arrived, Jairo was very thoughtful and respectful towards me and my friend, who were playing cards or sitting outside. The finished job exceeded my expectations; the tile floor is comfortable to stand on and looks fantastic. Jairo even cleaned up all of the construction debris afterwards. I am grateful for his excellent service and highly recommend him.
