The technician assessed my overhead door and sent me an estimate via e-mail, with an option to request changes. My only inquiry was the price difference between an insulated and non-insulated garage door, but I never received a response. Several weeks passed before I received a follow-up e-mail about the job, to which I reiterated my query but still got no reply. I decided to call, spoke to a lady, and made the same inquiry. Unfortunately, I never received the response I wanted, which made me assume that they had no interest in working with me. However, after discussing the matter with the owner and agreeing on a fair and competitive price, I finally got my old door replaced with a new one. Although I'm satisfied with the result, I was slightly disappointed that the new opener lacked a bulb, which I had to purchase myself. Despite the minor inconvenience and delay in communication, I'm still willing to rate them 4 stars and recommend their service.

If you need garage door repairs, I highly suggest MyHome Garage Doors. The person who responded to my call was friendly, and they scheduled me for a complimentary assessment on the same day. A technician came over and explained my broken spring issue, provided me with an estimate, and then efficiently completed the job on the spot. Amazing service and value!
