On the day of our rescheduled appointment, he provided me with an ETA and updated me when he was in transit. I requested for additional work on top of fixing the issue where my garage door wouldn't close properly because of the elevated garage floor. He agreed to also replace the weather stripping and set to work right away. Julio proceeded to carefully remove the concrete flooring causing the issue and put on new weatherstripping.
