Our meticulous process involves:

- Initial consultation for us to listen to your story, address your concerns, ask pertinent questions, and discuss the priorities of the project, all free of charge
- Providing a template to record your priorities to guarantee complete clarity on both sides
- Collaborating with you to begin your ancestral search. We help you gather the necessary information, including: online trees, online DNA results (with guided support), pages of family history, or a template we provide.
- Conducting extensive research via over 100 genealogical research sites, including Ancestry.com, Daughters of the American Revolution, FamilySearch, Findagrave, Find My Past, MyHeritage, Wikitree, subscription newspaper databases, subscription archive databases and other national and ethnic-specific research sites. We utilize Ancestry.com, Family Tree DNA, Gedmatch, MyHeritage, and 23andme for forensic DNA research.
- Working in ten-hour increments, providing regular updates and reports highlighting our search discoveries. You have the opportunity to ask questions and make decisions on how to proceed further.
- At the end of each ten-hour segment, we provide you with a report or updated narrative detailing what we discovered in our search to ensure all parties are on the same page.
- Our owner spent 42 years managing production and has developed a straightforward and efficient genealogical research and narrative building process.
- Our hourly rate is $57 and requires a $570 deposit. We tailor projects to your budget to ensure your monetary limitations are respected.
- Projects can last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on project scope, but we maintain complete communication throughout the search.
