About
Founded by a US Marine, we stand by a training approach that excludes treats, clickers, shock collars, and gimmicks. Instead, we use leadership-based methods that cultivate strong, trusting relationships with your dog while tackling any issues that arise.Dogs are pack animals and naturally look for a leader. As humans, we often treat our dogs as human and attempt to lead them in the same way. Unfortunately, this can result in confusion for the dog and the owner. Our training philosophy acknowledges the natural instincts of dogs and works with them, rather than against them.
Our basic obedience training package is priced at $545 and covers five in-home sessions. We understand that some dogs exhibit more challenging behaviors, such as aggression, and have designed customized training programs targeted at such issues. Howard from Always Faithful Dog Training is amazing! Our two chiweenies used to be terrible. They would bite people in the back of their legs, bark incessantly whenever someone came to the door or we walked them, and we could hardly control them on their leashes. However, after just five sessions with Howard, our dogs have learned to accept new people and are no longer constantly barking. They have become a pleasure to walk, and we all adore Howard for his effective training methods.

Howard is amazing! He has been instrumental in training Buddy, my rescue dog who suffers from visual impairment. Fred, a mixed breed Dalmatian weighing 45 pounds, was saved by me but his size made me uneasy. Fortunately, Howard, the trainer, became a valuable addition to our lives. Despite the possibility of returning Fred before, our sessions with Howard eliminated that concern. We marked the end of our classes at an area dog park where everyone involved in the process was content. My rating for Howard is a glowing five bones as he is passionate about his profession and dedicated to the canines he trains.
