Throughout my sports career, I encountered several on-field and off-field injuries. While I was introduced to a variety of treatments, massage therapy proved to be the most effective in relieving my discomfort and providing the best results. After retirement, I was determined to aid others who could benefit from proper muscle manipulation, which is essentially what massage therapy entails.
